Property Manager Needed: West Philadelphia Location

Must have experience in Section 8, HUD processes and procedures, tenant recertifications & relations, marketing and advertising and supervision of staff.  Minimum job requirements:  HS diploma or GED, COS 5 yrs exp., computer literate, basic knowledge of MS Office, must have vehicle.  Equal Opportunity Employer
